  • “Up to 5CM / 7CM” refers to lift while the product is worn with Shoes
  • Results may vary depending on footwear and usage

3. Orders & Payments

  • Payment must be completed before order dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Return Window:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Product must be in original packaging

Important:

No returns or refunds will be accepted for used products under any circumstances.

Due to hygiene reasons, once the product has been worn or used, it is considered non-returnable.

If a return is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned product within 7 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
