1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Domestic Orders: 1–7 business days
  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

STANDRD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure
  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear video evidence of unboxing.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Policy

If a return request is approved under our Return Policy:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

STANDRD is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns will only be processed after the product is received and inspected.

Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund.


7. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees (if charged by courier) will be deducted from any eligible refund
